Media filter facet counts

The selectable values for each filter, with the number of items behind
each, computed against the filters you pass. Drives a filter panel that
greys out choices leading nowhere.

Buckets appear only when computed. counts_bundle narrows which groups
are calculated, and facet_load_more returns one bucket's next page, so
treat every bucket as optional and read facet_pagination to know
whether more values exist.

players and actions return { id, name, count }; pass the id
straight back as the corresponding filter value.

The load_more_key from a bucket's facet_pagination entry. Returns that single bucket's next page rather than recomputing every facet.
