Bulk push clips to external storage

Pushes many clips to one bucket in a single call. Returns 200 even when some clips fail, so inspect ok on each entry in results rather than relying on the status code; already_pushed is the usual per-clip failure.

Unique key to safely retry POST requests. Reusing a key returns the original response with Idempotent-Replayed: true and performs no new work. Reusing a key with a different body returns 409 idempotency_conflict. Keys are scoped to your API key and expire after 24 hours.
